Initial Strategy & Advice Package
‘Premium’ Advice Package
This package is suitable for clients who would like us to help them clarify their life goals and then work together with them to decide on financial strategies that will enable them to achieve those goals. Typically, this process will cover a wide range of areas depending on your needs, including goal setting, insurance, estate planning, investments, debt management, cashflow management and retirement planning.
This process will be spread over 3 – 5 appointments to ensure you have enough time to clarify your goals, learn about the various financial strategies and options available to you and understand how the products we may recommend will enable you to achieve your goals.
You will receive broad-ranging financial planning advice that is tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.
The initial fees for this package are based on the complexity of the advice, not the amount of money you invest.

The initial cost for the ‘Premium’ advice package will range between $330 – $7,700 (incl. GST) depending on the complexity of the advice we provide. The fee may be reduced or offset by payments or commissions we receive from third parties – these are explained generally in our Financial Services Guide and we will discuss with you during the various advice stages the fee and commission structure that will apply to you. The applicable fees and commissions will be specifically set out in your statement of advice.
The fee for each stage is inclusive of the previous one and not in addition to it.
‘Limited Advice’ Package
This package is suitable for people who want to receive limited advice on a financial planning product such as superannuation, managed funds or insurance. This package may be appropriate for people who want one-off financial advice only and prefer not to receive a full financial plan. If you prefer to receive financial planning advice covering a broader range of areas, the ‘Premium’ package is more appropriate for you.

Usually we’ll charge a fee of up to 4% of the funds being invested. We may also receive initial commissions from any insurance products we recommend. |
If you choose not to proceed with our recommendations, a minimum fee of $330 (incl. GST) will be charged to partially compensate us for our time.
How we collect our initial fees
Regardless of which initial service package you choose, you have choices in how you pay our fees. Many clients prefer to have the fee deducted from their investments by the product provider in the form of an entry fee or adviser service fee. This can be done whether our fee is percentage-based or a flat dollar amount. Alternatively, you can elect to pay by cheque or credit card.
We will provide you with a quote for our fees at the end of your first meeting with us before asking you to agree to any subsequent meetings or work on our behalf.
All our fees are set out generally in our Financial Services Guide and are specifically disclosed in the Statements of Advice we provide to you.
